TERMS & CONDITIONS

Last updated: 19 September 2026

  1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of foredaysgolf.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from Golf Solutions Pty Ltd (ABN 57 691 656 694), trading as Foredays Golf ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
  2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order on the Site.
  3. Products, pricing, and availability
  • All prices are listed in local currencies and are inclusive of GST where applicable, unless stated otherwise
  • We make reasonable efforts to display accurate pricing and product descriptions, but errors can occur. If we discover a pricing error on your order, we will contact you before processing it, and you may cancel at no cost
  • We reserve the right to change prices, discontinue products, or limit order quantities at any time, without affecting orders already confirmed
  • Product images are for illustrative purposes; actual colour and appearance may vary slightly due to display settings
  1. Orders and payment
  • By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline
  • Order confirmation does not guarantee stock availability — if an item becomes unavailable, we will notify you and offer a refund or substitute
  • Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider at the time of order
  1. Shipping and delivery
Shipping timeframes are estimates, not guarantees, and are set out on our Shipping/FAQ page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier, customs, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
  2. Returns, refunds, and consumer guarantees
Our full return terms are set out in our Returns Policy, including our 30-Day Fun Guarantee.

Nothing in these Terms or our Returns Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies your consumer guarantee rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Our voluntary 30-Day Fun Guarantee sits alongside, and does not replace, these statutory rights.

  1. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and the "Foredays Golf" and "Chip Pong" names and branding, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content or branding without our prior written consent.
  2. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site to:
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, including in reviews
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or interfere with the Site's operation
  • Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of us or any third party
  1. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to your non-excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products is limited, at our option, to the replacement or repair of the goods, or the supply of equivalent goods, or the cost of doing so. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.
  2. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against any claim, loss, or damage arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site, to the extent permitted by law.
  3. Dispute resolution
We want to resolve any issue quickly and fairly, and nothing in this clause limits your right to make a complaint to a regulator or pursue your statutory consumer rights at any time.

Step 1 — Direct resolution: Please contact us first at foredaysgolfco@gmail.com so we can try to resolve the issue directly. We aim to respond within [X business days — ADD].

Step 2 — Mediation: If we can't resolve the dispute directly, either party may propose mediation through a recognised Australian mediation body before pursuing formal legal action.

Step 3 — Arbitration (optional, by mutual agreement): If mediation is unsuccessful, both parties may agree in writing to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration administered by the Resolution Institute (or another mutually agreed body) under its rules then in force, as a faster and lower-cost alternative to court. Arbitration under this clause is optional for both parties — you are never required to give up your right to pursue a claim through the courts or through a relevant consumer tribunal (such as your state or territory's Civil and Administrative Tribunal), and this clause does not exclude or limit any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

  1. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
  2. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
